Wyndham Garden Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area

We got to stay in a decent place WITH our dog for a reasonable price! Fantastic location. Basically Clean, staff was very nice and professional, Hotel needs updating. Wear your jacket to the breakfast room. Coffee very good Breakfast is real food! Real eggs, pancakes, sausage, potatoes. It’s not a 5 star restaurant, solid calories for you & your kid to get back on the road. We would stay here again with our dog.

Towels can be cleaner because every towel had a spot on it, Love the shower but there was no where to put your soap. Had a hard time using the tv. I had to turn on my own personal hotspot for it to work. Therefore rooms could get updated better but the stay was comfortable and convenient.

So close to Busch Gardens that’s why i booked this hotel for our stay. Elevator is so fast. The only thing i have concern is that, there’s no place to put your toiletries inside the shower room. With the peice i got for this hotel is awesome having free breakfast for 2 persons. Breakfast is decent. Coffee is great!

Cost effective and not disappointing. Room was clean and comfy. Had higher expectations for breakfast, but it was the off season during our visit so I understand cost savings and not putting a full breakfast out for a handful of guests. Thanks for the stay, we will be back with family for a summer stop sometime!

I stay here for the proximity to Busch Gardens. The rooms are good, the breakfast is fine but let me tell you about the star employee Max. I had an altercation as soon as i arrived with a guest who was irate about our car being parked too close to theirs and our bags "scratching" their car. I immeidately fetched the employee from the lobby desk, Max, who was cool, calm and the definition of a hospitality employee. Max deescalated the situation with the other guest and kepy me reassured which was very important as i had a 1 year old with me and my first concern is her safety. Max was always helpful and friendly after whenever we needed anything, i would stay again just to have their great service!

While the room was nice enough, there are a few reasons why this is not the place for my family. Beds are only full size, each bed has 3 pillows, no separate dressing area. The sink is outside the very small bathroom. No microwave in room. Hotel would be nice for a couple or small family.

You can tell by the outside and parking lot this is a little in down. The lobby has been updated very nicely. Room is as clean but the shower had cracks running all the way down the wall, the door to the room was hard to open and close smoothly but did lock. The card readers are slow to respond. It served its period for us and it’s affordable .

Great stay. The room was very clean. The beds were firm, but cozy. The room had a nice walk-in shower with a sliding glass door and a huge and powerful shower head. I took like three showers because it was so soothing. It was like being outside in a rain storm. And the water got really hot if you wanted it to. The only downside was breakfast. All we saw were bananas, bread, yogurt, not very good cereals, and a couple frozen breakfast sandwiches. I guess it’s like that for the off-season, but it was disappointing when breakfast was advertised. On the plus-side, though, we got an excellent value on the room for two nights, and for a such a clean and cozy place at that price, I’m not that bothered about the breakfast.
